Before submitting your help desk support ticket, please take some time to look for a possible answer through the knowledgebase.....
Go through the relevant categories for your support matters. ONLY when it's not available, support a ticket to the product's relevant department.
Up to date we have more than 70 products. Specify clearly which product, you are requesting support for.
If it's script installation, include URL, FTP login (if possible) or any other details prior to submitting your ticket.
If i't regarding one of our Desktop application, provide us with your computer's OS.
To facilitate quick responses, also provide the exact sequence to reproduce the error. Attach screenshots if possible to show us the error report.
