With effect from 1st April 2007 a fee for installation will be imposed on all script installation request.
As our web scripts are mostly tested on several servers before releasing them to the public, it should install without problems but if you are not used to installation of web scripts and would require us to install please see the fee structure below:
Installation For Scripts Marketed Or Sold By FavCart.com:$15/Per Domain Installation
Installation For External Scripts Marketed Or Sold By Any Other Providers:$25/Per Domain Installation
This new service will take effect from April 1st 2007
If you require us to extend our script installation service, you are required to pay the amount to our PayPal ID:admin@favcart.com, and furbish us with the PayPal receipt by opening a support ticket via our Help Desk.
It will normally take us less than 24hrs but if in the case where your server's setting are not compatible to the script, this service will void and we will refund you the payment for the script installation unless you have another server that you would like us to install it on.
When opening a ticket for script installations, we require the following details to be included in the ticket:
1.) Full URL to script installation e.g: http://www.yourdomain.com/scriptfolder/
2.) FTP access and if possible root directory access to the folder
3.) cPanel/Plesk or other Web Admin Panel access details so that we can create the required databases if any.
