eBooks having problems and not showing on my computer
Solution
Basically you have to adjust some settings within your computer so that the ebooks will work again.
To resolve the problem, you have to create a key in your registry. To do this just follow the instructions below:
1) Go into Start, Run, then key in regedit and click on OK. This will open your System Registry.
2) You navigate by clicking on the " + " signs to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Security\Adv AddrBar Spoof Detection
3) If "Adv AddrBar Spoof Detection" key doesn't exist, (it didn't on my PC) you will have to create the "Adv AddrBar Spoof Detection" key under the Security key.
4) You do this by being in Security key, and selecting Edit, New, Key, and naming it "Adv AddrBar Spoof Detection " (without the quotes).
5) And then you add the DWORD value field:
Name : Enable
Value : 0(zero)
6) You do this by being in "Adv AddrBar Spoof Detection" key, and selecting Edit, New, DWORD value, and setting the fields as shown above.
7) You then File, Exit out of registry.
This should remedy the situation.
