Solution I am getting an application error message when I try to launch this program. The error message is:
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).

Your PC is missing the Microsoft .NET framework which most newly devloped software will have.

Here is the fix right from microsoft.

http://download.microsoft.com/download/a/a/c/aac39226-8825-44ce-90e3-bf8203e74006/dotnetfx.exe

The computer needs to be restarted for these settings to take effect.
